The new year has finally come and millions of people will have celebrated it’s dawning with high hopes and new resolutions.
Plans will be made, goals will be set and new leafs will be turned in an attempt to make this year better than the year preceding it.
Most people will fail before they even have a chance to begin, having set a goal without a plan or process for achieving it. The successful ones will break the goal down into smaller pieces and will check their progress at every stage in order to keep themselves on track and on schedule. Finally, after months of hard work, the ones who stuck to a plan and made small adjustments along the way, will see the light at the end of the tunnel and will celebrate a job well done.
